Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email) within the 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods at your own cost.
Condition of Returned Goods
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling by you.
For hygiene reasons, dummies, feeding bottles/teats, and any opened or used item cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Cancel or Return
Email info@jovanbabysupplies.co.uk with your order number, stating you wish to cancel/return. Return postage costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or evidence you have sent them, if earlier). We do not offer exchanges; if you want a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty on arrival, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the fault for a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
